A．2020年1月1日至今，境内投标人在国家企业信用信息公示系统中未被列入严重违法失信企业名单或列入经营异常名录信息，在“信用中国”网站（www***）或各级信用信息共享平台中未列入失信被执行人名单。

证明材料：投标人需提供“信用中国”（www***）和“国家企业信用信息公示平台”（http***.cn），截图加盖投标人公章并装订在投标文件中。

B．境外投标人在中国境内近三年没有不良业绩记录或严重质量问题，否则其投标也将被否决。

C．投标人未被列入中国中化供应商黑名单库（名单以投标截止时间***）。

6)业绩要求：

2017年1月1日至今（以合同签订时间为准），投标人在国内具有2台罗茨风机供货业绩（密封冲洗方案为PLAN74，流量≥300Nm³ /h），且要求连续稳定运行至少1年以上。

提供业绩证明材料要求：

a) 投标人需提供相应业绩的合同关键页（合同封面、供货范围、合同签字页）复印件加盖投标人公章并装订在投标文件中，供货范围内容须包含供货数量及规格型号页信息，若相应业绩合同证明材料无法体现上述内容，则除了合同外，还需提供相关技术协议或其他证明材料加盖投标人公章装订在投标文件中，合同复印件不清晰或不提供合同复印件均视为无效业绩。

b) 提供连续稳定运行至少1年以上供货业绩的投用项目验收报告或使用报告或应用证明（至少包含用户联系人及联系方式）。

7)本项目不接受联合体投标。

注：招标人和评标委员会保留审查原件的权利，如发现以上资质证书、业绩及相关资料造假的，作否决投标处理。

*3. Qualification and Performance requirements to the bidders:

1) The bidder must have a valid business license or business license certificate.

2) The bidder shall provide the original or photocopy of the bank credit certificate issued by the bank where the basic account is opened within 3 months before the bid opening date.

3) The bidders shall successfully register on China International Tendering Website (hereinafter referred to as "bidding.com", website: http***dding.com) before bidding.

4) The bidder must be the manufacturer or or sales subsidiaries of manufacturers or manufacturers" groups.

6) Performance requirements：

From January 1st, 2017 to the present (subject to the signing of the contract), the bidder has the supply performance of 2 sets of Roots blowers in China (seal flushing scheme is PLAN74, flow ≥ 300 Nm³/H), and is required to operate continuously and stably for at least 1 year.

Supporting materials:

a)The bidder shall provide copies of the key pages of the contract (contract cover, scope of supply, contract signature page) of the corresponding performance, affix the official seal of the bidder and bind them in the bidding documents. The scope of supply must include the information on the page of supply quantity and specification and model. If the supporting materials of the corresponding performance contract cannot reflect the above contents, in addition to the contract, Relevant technical agreements or other supporting materials shall also be provided and affixed with the official seal of the bidder and bound in the bidding documents. If the copy of the contract is not clear or no copy of the contract is provided, it shall be deemed as invalid performance.

b)Provide the acceptance report or use report or application certificate (including at least the contact person and contact information of the user) of the project that has been put into operation for at least one year of continuous and stable operation.

7) The Joint Venture bidding shall not be accepted in this bidding project.

The bidder and the bid evaluation committee reserve the right to review the originals of qualification certificates, performance and relevant information. If they are found to be falsified, the bid will be rejected.

4.
