Please submit a proposal in accordance with the attached ITB documents. Proposal Documentation The commercial and technical terms, conditions, specifications, and documents included in this ITB are applicable to the Work. Any contract resulting from this ITB will be subject to the documents included in this Email attachments. Bidder"s Proposal shall be prepared as below structure: · Part 1, Technical part (Without price) - Envelope I · Part 2, Commercial part (Price part) - Envelope II · Part 3, Corporate Documentation and Authorization (Without price) - Envelope III ( you can prepare a zip folder for documents with password protection) Submission of Proposal Proposals with the completed electronic files must be received on or before 10:00 am Baghdad time, 16-April-2024. Clarifications and/or exceptions to our commercial terms and conditions shall be submitted in two (1) week from this ITB date. Proposals received later than the proposal due date, or submitted on forms other than those provided with these RFP documents, may be rejected. Any request for extension of time should be made as soon as possible, but not later than THREE (3) business days following receipt of these ITB documents. The proposals must be submitted electronically with password protection to the email addresses as stated in the ITB document.
