A line scan of the top and bottom surfaces of the steel plate requires at least three channels each), and the three channels should be equipped with the independent hardware (bright-field, dark-field and side-field must have a special corresponding hardware configuration and design). In addition, a separate hole-detecting channel and the whole coil quality rating system should also be equipped. （2）The functional requirements of the camera: intelligent 8k line scanning camera, camera resolution is not less than 0.12×0.12 (horizontal * vertical) mm/pixel. （3）Scanning range: at least 1800mm (strip deviation range ±10mm). （4）Finishing lines are equipped with seven sets of dynamic playback systems as standard.
