To whom it may concern, We are CHINA HARBOUR ENGINEERING COMPANY MALDIVES PVT LTD., currently doing the construction work at Dredging, Reclamation and Shore protection Works at Ayla, Dhigufaru Reef, Noonu Atoll. And this is inviting you for the quotation of following products for dredger “JUN YANG 1” in Dhigufaru: 1. Quantity: 1400 Mts 2. Supply Date: around September 6th 2024 3. Served at: Dhigufaru Reef, Maldives 4.Type: VLSFO 380 Please note that: 1.The quotation submitted by your good company shall be deemed as final and fixed price for this order without any modification. 2. The breakdown price includes freight cost, port & agency fee and other charge is demanded, please send with quotation letter as per the sample. 3.Import Clearance in Maldives shall be done by CHEC but your support on documentation are demanded( see attachment). 4.Please mention your terms of payment while quoting. And please note that there is no advance payment but 30 days in credit after refueling. 5.And before the issuance of the quotation, please guarantee the sufficient in stock and the quantity being fully complying the standard of ISO 8217:2017.
