(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（1）具有建筑工程施工总承包资质三级及以上资质，且具备有效的安全生产许可证；（2）供应商拟派项目经理须具有建筑工程专业贰级（含以上级）注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，该项目负责人以在***市建筑建材业网站上查询为准。（3）本项目仅面向小微企业采购。 (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) Having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of construction projects, and possessing a valid safety production license; (2) The project manager proposed by the supplier must have a second level (including higher level) registered construction engineer qualification in the field of construction engineering, and possess a valid safety production assessment certificate.
