Basic Information 项目编号***No.:***9-*** 项目名称：***镇安全生产综合巡查服务 Project Name:Sanlin Town Safety Production Comprehensive Inspection Service 预算编号***购方式：竞争性磋商 Procurement method : competitive consultation 预算金额***元（国库资***元；自***元） Budget Amount(Yuan):***(National Treasury Funds: *** Yuan; Self-raised Funds: 0 Yuan) 最高限价*******元 Maximum Price(Yuan):Package No.1 for ***.00 Yuan, 采购需求： Procurement Requirements: 包名称：***镇安全生产综合巡查服务项目 Package Name:Sanlin Town Safety Production Comprehensive Inspection Service 数量：1 Quantity:1 预算金额*****.00 Budget Amount(Yuan):***.00 简要规则描述：为进一步排查和整治***镇存在的安全隐患，本项目拟选取一家合适的服务单位******镇安全生产综合巡查服务。服务内容包括但不限于：***区***区、沿街商铺、农村自建房、出租房场所、厂房仓库、“三合一”场***区域进行日常检查及督促整改；协助***镇城市运行管理中心对***区域开展日常检查、专项检查及重点时段、重大活动期间安全检查；协助***镇城市运行管理中心展引导自查自纠、整改复查、消防安全宣传等工作等。（具体详见第三章采购需求书） Brief Specification Description:In order to further investigate and rectify the potential safety hazards in Sanlin Town, the project intends to select a suitable service unit to provide comprehensive inspection services for safety production in Sanlin Town for the purchaser. /b12>The services include, but are not limited to: daily inspection and supervision of rectification in areas such as residential areas, shops along the street, rural self-built houses, rental houses, factories and warehouses, and "three-in-one" places within the jurisdiction; Assist the Sanlin Town Urban Operation Management Center to carry out daily inspections, special inspections and safety inspections during key periods and major activities in the above areas; Assist the Sanlin Town Urban Operation Management Center to guide self-inspection and self-correction, rectification and review, fire safety publicity, etc. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements). 合同履约期限：本项目服务期限为12个月，具体以合同签订日期为准。 The Contract Period:The service period of this project is 12 months, which is subject to the date of signing the contract. 本项目（否）接受联合体投标。 Joint Bids: (NO)Available. 二、申请人的资格要求 2.
