Basic Information 项目编号***No.: ***4-*** 项目名称：Y4路（大芦线-***路）污水管新建工程管线搬迁 Project Name: Pipeline Relocation for Y4 Road (Dalu Line Jiechang Road) Sewage Pipe New Construction Project 预算编号*** No.: 0024-W***4 采购方式：竞争性磋商 Procurement method : competitive consultation 预算金额***元（国***元；自筹资***元） Budget Amount(Yuan): ***(National Treasury Funds: 0 Yuan; Self-raised Funds: *** Yuan) 最高限价*******元 Maximum Price(Yuan): Package No.1 for ***.00 Yuan, 采购需求： Procurement Requirements: 包名称：Y4路（大芦线-***路）污水管新建工程管线搬迁 Package Name: Pipeline Relocation for Y4 Road (Dalu Line Jiechang Road) Sewage Pipe New Construction Project 数量：1 Quantity: 1 预算金额*****.00 Budget Amount(Yuan): ***.00 简要规则描述：本项目位于新兴产***区南侧，新建一根管径为 1650 毫米的污水干管，管线沿 Y4 路向南敷设，接至下游新***路现状管径 1650 毫米污水干管；横港联系桥北侧标准段管位***道路红线西侧约 2 米，南侧管位基本***道路中央分隔带。本工程设计规模按 10.4 万立方米/日设计，管道总长约1370 米，其中开槽埋管约 1210 米，顶管约 160 米，管材采用钢筋混凝土管，顶管段接口采用“F”型，开槽段接口采用企口式,***街坊污水支管及接入井，街坊支管管径 300 毫米，长度约 280 米，管材采用 HDPE 双壁缠绕管，采用开槽埋管施工。本工程具体施工内容包括但不限于为具体施工内容包括但不限于为本工程的电力管线、通信管线及上水管线搬迁设计和施工等费用。（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单。）依照招标图纸及竞争性磋商文件、工程量清单所示范围内电力、通信管线、上水管线搬迁工程及其附属工程（***道路修复、绿化修复）等的施工、专项验收、保修等各阶段的所有工作内容等；所有按工程规范要求以及为取得政府主管部门批准所需的任何检测及一切要求；在竞争性磋商文件内所说明及/或招标期间所增减及/或承包人所确认的 Brief Specification Description: This project is located at the south side of the emerging industry area, with the construction of a new sewage main pipe with a diameter of 1650 millimeters. The pipeline will be laid southward along Y4 Road and connected to the current sewage main pipe with a diameter of 1650 millimeters downstream of Xinyuan South Road; The standard section pipe position on the north side of HengGang Connection Bridge is located about 2 meters west of the road red line, and the southern pipe position is basically located in the central divider of the road. The design scale of this project is 104000 cubic meters per day, and the total length of the pipeline is about 1370 meters, including about 1210 meters of slotted buried pipes and about 160 meters of top pipes. The pipe material is reinforced concrete pipe, and the interface of the top pipe section is "F" shaped. (c)本项目的特定资格要求：（1）须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织（本项目（不接受）***以自己名义参加采购活动）；（2） ***市政公用工程施工总承包三级及以上资质；（3）具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；（4）拟派项目负责人***市政公用工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书；（5）本项目专门面向中小企业采购。 (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1)It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project (does not accept) branches participating in procurement activities in their own names); (2)Have the qualification of third level or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction; (3)Have the valid production safety license; (4)The proposed project leader shall have the second level or above registered construction engineer qualification in municipal public works and a valid safety production assessment certificate; (5)This project is specifically aimed at procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises.
