Bidders：

This is CHEC KSA Sedra Phase 3,4 & 5 Project, and now we are looking for suppliers to provide the customs clearance and land transportation service.

1. Scope of service：

Ø All related service regarding to the Customs clearance；

Ø Ship information notice；Support for claim if happened;

Ø Land Transportation to Project site in Riyadh

Ø Customs Cards Application for required equipment, such as Mobile Crane, Rough Terrain Crane, Tractor Truck, Semi-Trailor, Roller, Grader.

Ø Vehicle Registration Service(optional), if Buyer required.

2. Goods from：SHANGHAI & QINGDAO, CHINA

3. Port of destination：DAMMAM PORT, KSA

4. Final destination：Sedra area, Riyadh 

5. Transportation responsibility duration: from the arrival of the goods at Dammam Port until customs clearance is completed, custom cards ready, Vehicle Registration ready, and delivery is made to the project site.

6. Quotation validity period: no earlier than 90 days after the quotation deadline.

7. Goods List：See attachments – Goods List.

8. Saler shall fully consideration of the safety, convenience of the Goods delivery and loading/offloading.

9. Shipper of the Goods：CHINA HARBOUR ENGINEERING COMPANY LTD. Consignee：BRANCH OF CHINA HARBOUR ENGINEERING CO., LTD 

10. Payment terms： 

After the goods are delivered to the designated location of the project and the custom cards ready, the bidder will send the cost confirmation form to the inquirer, and the inquirer shall confirm or raise an objection within 10 working days after receiving the cost confirmation form. After both parties confirm the cost, the bidder will issue the corresponding invoice to the inquirer, and the inquirer shall pay the full amount within 10 working days after receiving the invoice, custom cards (for required equipment), and necessary financial documents, such as the invoices of the actual payee fee by port, delivery notes of the trucks, etc.

The payment of any amount by the inquirer to the bidder is merely the fulfillment of the payment obligation by the inquirer and does not mean that the bidder is relieved of any obligation or liability under this contract, nor does it mean that the tenderer has waived its subsequent rights to the goods under the related payment items, nor does it mean that the bidder will no longer bear subsequent liability.

13. Bidding schedule：CHEC issue the Inquiry Document based on Public Inquiry process for all the suppliers which in CCCC Supply Chain System on 23 March 2025（http***/）。

Deadline of the submittal: 26 March 2025, 5pm,（KSA time），quota and submit required documents in the System online（Attachment 1, Attachment 2.1&2.2 ,Attachment 3）。
